Didn't go dentist for years cos i was legit rotmaxxing.

Ended up having to get a few fillings and furthest to the back molar pulled out

Decided to start taking care of my teeth properly

Bought Electric toothbrush,
- the trick is to brush into where your teeth meets your gum. That's where the plaque builds up. I used to just do front, back, top brushing. But since doing this too it feels cleaner

High fluoride toothpaste , and don't rinse your mouth out, let your teeth absorb the flouridr

Mouthwash throughout the day, not after brushing teeth - mouth feels way more fresh from this

Flossing. I legit didn't do this once in my life before. But I had a hygienist do it for me and he said if u don't do it u get flakey shit between ur teeth

And I thought that sounds disgusting so I started doing it and feels cleaner

My teeth appearance is average. Straight, reasonably white but not bright white with no yellow marks

So I'll get clip on veneers cos I want 10/10 stunning teeth.

Then get composite bonding when I'm richer
