After being rated mmtn on here i realised a lot of change needed to happen
I will be going over the common feedback i got and how i am planning on fixing the problems
The most common answer i got was i need to debloat and this is true
Despite being 17 and a half i still store a lot of baby fat on my face despite being shredded muscle wise due to doing judo 5 times a week plus lifting
However recently ive toned it down to focus on mocks and exams
My hypothesis due to the reason why i'm bloated is diet
Normally my diet is fine being usually no breakfast or occasionally porridge with milk and fruits and lunch being a sandwich with dinner being whatever my parents make but with them being polish and Hungarian its always a lot of meat and potatoes
however during college normally once a week i will go out to Tesco's and buy and eat a whole pack of biscuits
to combat this i will be povertymaxxing and taking out money on my card to ensure i cant get tempted
I will also be getting my electrolytes more in order targeting more magnesium and potassium specifically whilst still drinking adequate water
I will try to skip breakfast and lunch to fast longer throughout the day and to do this i will abuse caffeine and im looking into nicotine aswell
I dont have to worry about health to much since im already 6'0 whilst still growing and have a good immune system
therefore im willing to risk my health indicators slightly for a leaner face
The next criticism i get was my big nose
I prob wont get a rhinoplasty straight away once im 18 but im open to the idea
i will be looking into how to reduce my nose without surgery tho so if u have any idea let me know
However i beleive i need more bonemass so pls give me ideas on how to acheive this
