my posture is ruining the symmetry of my face

i first noticed it when i was around the age of 14 my posture was absolutely horrible then i was on my pc 24/7 which also contributed to this problem

at first it wasnt really anything serious just noticed that when i relaxed my mouth it was a little bit crooked but lately its been getting worse and worse if anybody knows how to prevent it going any further or how to fix my problem i would appreciate sharing.

well i tried to order a cast but idk whats entirely wrong with it and idk how to check it im looking for alternatives of some kind to help with my posture atleast mildly till i actually get one
