My potential? Tips to reach mtm or high mtn

I'm 16. My pallete isn't fused and I'm starting puberty later then most. I'm predicted to be 6 foot +. And my current plan is to cycle hgh. About 4 iu and stay consistent. I'm getting a pallet expander. And I'm planning on fixing my skin and improving eyelashes and eyebrows. And loosing weight. If I did all of that what level could I reach. And does anyone have any looksmaxinh advice

I mean if I do hgh+pallete expander +test max+skincare and diet+daily usage of a microstomia prevention device and lateral commissuroplasty,+a bimax and fox eye surgery then surely I'll be mtn no?

alot just to be nerfed by pheno, test will not fix your bulging eyes, wider cheekbones doesn't mean wider lower third, hgh won't do anything for your genes except speeding up aging, bimax maybe but eye fox surgery?

I mean my eye area will be good if I get orbital decompression and fox eye surgery no?
