My Pre-Date Routine

Evening before:
- eat OMAD fatty beef 1.3kg and like 10 eggs , no salt, 3g Taurine (this will optimize hormones and I often get wet dreams when I do this)

On the day of the date
- Debloat by sprinting or HIIT in hoodie
- minimize water consumption (don’t overdo this I got cramps on the date doing this too much last time)
- ice face
- bathmate
- shower and do hair
- apply erborian super bb dore
- apply bleu de Chanel Parfum
- use phenibut 2 to 4 hours before (I’m phasing this out as the rebounds become more and more brutal and the tradeoff isn’t worth it)

The key really is the debloating thanks to HIIT and no salt carnivore
