You think research from The US Gov. National Library of Medicine and Mayo Clinc is your research?

I just want to make sure that’s essentially what you’re saying. I’ve gone through this website there’s actually a lot of misinformation on here. Which is why I joined two months ago. The biggest miss information i see on this website is understanding of genetics and how they work. I’m actually in the middle of doing a long form episode with a sit down with geneticist so they can explain what can be environmentally changed and unchangeable from birth. Not to mention I have the medical community that supports me now so that I can get the research I do everyday with accuracy.

The goal is so you all know your options and improve from there using reliable scientific sources as guidance.
