My problem with mtn status

I’ve been rated mostly lmtn-hmtn by others and I view myself that way. Now the problem I’m facing with this is I’m not bad looking/slightly above average but I also am not great looking/far above average. The problem with this for me is if I do decide to get surgery / do any hardmaxxes like fat grafting I have the risk of it being botched or looking uncanny which would bring me down to ltn and I’d get clowned and treated WAY worse then I do as mtn. However I also won’t get the insane benefits of being htn or above and seeing people receive those benefits makes me quite jealous because I also want to have them. Now if I wear lltn or mltn I’d just get surgery’s done because hey I’m already fucked and if they are botched well I’m still fucked regardless so it’s less of a risk. Thoughts?
