If i'm being honest It just seems like you grew up,you look really younger in the first Pic.If you're going through puberty it's pretty normal.As of now i'd give you LTN maybe HLTN but i'd have to see a side profile and know age since if your young then definitely HLTN

Usually i try to give the most accurate ratings possible ,you should take a look at my postung history,i'm learning to do full face ratings and analysis but i do have to learn a ton.Without having seen his side and not knowing his age i might have given him LTN but knowing his side and talking a better look Hes definitely HLTN

I'd give you a full face analysis but the truth is its very late where i live (2am) and i just got done doing a few.Another user seems to have done a few calculations so they might have a more in depth look than i can give you (especially since i'm just on my phone not really focusing too much at the moment)
