My progress with a strict 500 calorie diet

For a while now ive been on a strict diet going from between 300-700 calories per day.

I find it to be very successful in losing weight even without exercising.
I went from 180 pounds to 145 pounds

Eventually you get used to the lower calorie intake and it feels normal and easier.

As long as you get the correct nutrients I find this as a good way to lose weight. Would recommend.
