Really good looking morph but you're not going to get that with buccal fat removal. You posted your side once and you had like 0 chin. Removing buccal fat looks subhuman in most instances and is only going to make you look worse imo. Those kind of lower thirds are the product of having a robust lower third and not through lack of buccal fat. Opt for trimax or genio alone, unsure how wide your gonions are under that fat. If they're wide then good, if they're not then chances are you'll need a wrap around jaw implant.
