Get a black leather belt w/ a silver buckle, button up ur dress shirt, and try to get a better fitting suit jacket and dress shirt, and get rid of the napkin in ur jacket.

Hard to be 100% certain due to ur pose in the pic, but the jackets arms look way too long. You want your suit jacket arms to come up to your wrist bone, with your dress shirt sticking slightly past ur suit jacket. The torso length and cut is good.

Picture for reference, this is like the ideal arm length, not a huge fan of the torsos cut or fit in the pic.
