My prostate hurts

Had some bad shits last night. Then some rare quality sleep and woke up with morning wood. Dick was also in my old ads vacuum cup to increase sensitivity. Those 3 are possible factors but none are all that weird and none have caused me prostate pain before.

hurts pretty bad, no clue why, anyone else ever have this or have any idea what might be going on?

Did you take dutasteride? For me it caused weird pain and discomfort for a couple of months in my prostate
