I have nothing to lose on discord anyway at this point. Might as well just be low inhib and ramp up the approaches / make the girl answer my DM through pressure. No one wants to talk to me rn so I’m just gonna do this

My protein came in and ill start psmf tmrw. I’m splitting it up with

- 800 calories
- 9g of carbs
- 0g of fat
- 0g of sugar
- 200g of protein

I’ll take a fish oil pill, multivitamin and snake juice on the side to maintain bodily balance of electrolytes and nutrients. Will do resistance training 1hr at the gym

If you’re eating a standard diet then eggs are fine. Eggs are even good for muscle building. But I’m not im not aiming for either of these things. I’m only interested in keeping onto muscle as I lose body fat. In that case, protein powder mogs hard

Ah okay.
I had a "refeed" today. Since i usually dont eat a lot
sub 2000 calories and bike 14km to school everyday + gymcel.
but fuark was i hungry today
ate so much peanut butter ,bananas, sourdough bread ,n shit

Yeah but i never had a big appetite tbh, i always was a skeleton lol.
And it varies a lot, certain days i can eat kilos upon kilos of food and certain days im satisfied with a piece of toast + salmon
