My Protocol to Cure PFS (Post-Finasteride Syndrome) For Good:
1. Diet - Paleo Diet, no gluten, carb backloading with complex carbs like oat, corn, and rice at night

2. Exercise - Calisthenics with compound lifts for large muscle groups. HIIT sprints 2x a week. 1 rest day a week

3. Daily Supplements
Vit D 20,000 UI
Collagen Protein
Chlorella and Spirunella - alternate daily

4. Herbs:
A herb rotation where I take a different herb every day for a 2 week cycle
Pine Pollen (every day)
Black Maca, Tongkat Ali, Tribulus, Royal Jeli, Ashwaganda, He Shou Wu, Cordyceps, Horny Goat Weed, Mucuna Pruriens, Schisandra, Goji Berry, Catuaba Bark, Butea Superba

5. Xenoestrogens - eliminate all fragrances in house, no personal hygiene products, baking soda as deodorant and laundry wash. Rinse all soap off dishes before using them. Wait for Joe Biden to ban pesticides and emissions.

6. Sleep - at least 8 hours a day, Albizia herb before bed

7. Cold Shower - Every day 2:30 minutes, brush skin in shower

8. Breathing Exercises - Wim Hof 10 minutes every day before workout

9. Meditation - 15-30 minutes daily, Bacopa herb for mental clarity

10. Masturbation - once every 2-4 days no material

11. Sun Exposure - at every opportunity, 20 mins daily

Will report back after doing this for a few weeks. After 2 herb cycles I will replace the herbs with UltraHard, a topical steroid and do a cycle of that before getting back on the herbs.

if you really want to eat paleo, ditch refined white rice.
Until 1900 people only ate whole grains, whole bread and whole pizzas.
Technology to make refined white cereals and white flours started in 1880

OP, didn't you develop PFS from topical minoxidil?

if you really want to eat paleo, ditch refined white rice.
Until 1900 people only ate whole grains, whole bread and whole pizzas.
Technology to make refined white cereals and white flours started in 1880
were people healthier at that time?

Unlike refined ones, whole cereals provide fiber, more protein, vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, niacin and omega-3 healthy fats.

In 1800 meat-based food was mainly for upper classes so people did gain benefit from eating whole cereals

refined wheat flour is just a mixture of:
- amid (the carbos which feed the wheat sprout once the seed germinates)
- gluten (a protein)

as regards white rice, it is just amid and nothing else.

thank you for the explanation, guess i'll switch to whole grain and brown rice

besides health benefits, the extra fiber you get from whole/brown grains has a good impact on appetite reduction, thus helping leanmaxxing and preventing binge-eating

you need progesterone, DHEA and allopregnanolone

Do you have to do cardio besides hiit alongwith Weightlifting everyday? Not doing finasteride currently but generally?

My only cardio is HIIT sprints in 30 second intervals with rest. I do it on seperate days from weightlifting

There might be something to those... I’m getting a tincture soon with pine pollen and DHEA. And I think UltraHard has allopregnanolone in it, not sure.

Doing it around 60-70%, struggling because of school and because family loves spraying xenoestrogens.
