My Protocol to Cure PFS (Post-Finasteride Syndrome) For Good:
1. Diet - Paleo Diet, no gluten, carb backloading with complex carbs like oat, corn, and rice at night
2. Exercise - Calisthenics with compound lifts for large muscle groups. HIIT sprints 2x a week. 1 rest day a week
3. Daily Supplements
Vit D 20,000 UI
Collagen Protein
Chlorella and Spirunella - alternate daily
4. Herbs:
A herb rotation where I take a different herb every day for a 2 week cycle
Pine Pollen (every day)
Black Maca, Tongkat Ali, Tribulus, Royal Jeli, Ashwaganda, He Shou Wu, Cordyceps, Horny Goat Weed, Mucuna Pruriens, Schisandra, Goji Berry, Catuaba Bark, Butea Superba
5. Xenoestrogens - eliminate all fragrances in house, no personal hygiene products, baking soda as deodorant and laundry wash. Rinse all soap off dishes before using them. Wait for Joe Biden to ban pesticides and emissions.
6. Sleep - at least 8 hours a day, Albizia herb before bed
7. Cold Shower - Every day 2:30 minutes, brush skin in shower
8. Breathing Exercises - Wim Hof 10 minutes every day before workout
9. Meditation - 15-30 minutes daily, Bacopa herb for mental clarity
10. Masturbation - once every 2-4 days no material
11. Sun Exposure - at every opportunity, 20 mins daily
Will report back after doing this for a few weeks. After 2 herb cycles I will replace the herbs with UltraHard, a topical steroid and do a cycle of that before getting back on the herbs.
