20 min of incline walking at 15% 6 days a week to get rid of water retention
And cutting diet

why that many, you'll get fatigued and overworked fast
I’m recovering very well and incredible gains
if u feel under recovered totally fine to take a 1-3 more days off
it just works for me

I'm doing UL 4 days a week and trying to put in 40k-50k steps a week. Also fasting makes the diet easier.
