Alright so, ive been trying to maximize my growth and hormone levels for some months and here are some things im doing everyday to optimize growth and a healthy lifestyle.
I am on a small caloric deficit of about 400 calories from maintenance, ive been trying to work out for 3-4 times a week aiming for compound exercises and calisthenics, basically trying to optimize gh and test levels and avoiding a sedentary lifestyle.
I started to take about 4000 UIs of vitam D and 800 mcg of vitamin A, along with. 80 yg of K2 and Calcium.
Last week I started taking magnesium and zinc along with some vegan supplements (im usually on a balanced omnivore diet)
I try to do some sets of chin tucks daily and going on 2 hour walks when the sun is out.
Do you guys have any suggestions on what should i try to do?
