Alright so, ive been trying to maximize my growth and hormone levels for some months and here are some things im doing everyday to optimize growth and a healthy lifestyle.

I am on a small caloric deficit of about 400 calories from maintenance, ive been trying to work out for 3-4 times a week aiming for compound exercises and calisthenics, basically trying to optimize gh and test levels and avoiding a sedentary lifestyle.
I started to take about 4000 UIs of vitam D and 800 mcg of vitamin A, along with. 80 yg of K2 and Calcium.

Last week I started taking magnesium and zinc along with some vegan supplements (im usually on a balanced omnivore diet)
I try to do some sets of chin tucks daily and going on 2 hour walks when the sun is out.
Do you guys have any suggestions on what should i try to do?
 
If ur tryna maximize your growth you shouldnt be in a deficit rather you should be in a surplus assuming ur in puberty
 
depending on how your body stores fat it would be better to get fat for more testosterone

Also, im currently in a caloric deficit cuz i need to loose some fat, I’ll start going in a surplus next month to maximize muscle growth

too low calories since your 15 for the fat just eat lots of protein and build muscle

anything then picking up that needle, you can atleast do HGH or some sort of ghrp assuming you cant afford HGH

compund movements for hormones is overrated asf, you're better of just being more active day to day, getting 10k plus steps etc

Doing both is better 💔, hgh aint even legal without a prescription (in my country) and i cant find anyone who deals it

Bet bet bet, i think i should also work on overall habits
yeah just eat lots of protein never deficit and workout and you build muscle and it slowly go away

i probably aint even got the money, but ill take your suggestion into consideration

honestly, the hgh suggestion is ropefuel even if you had the money. @oxiwoxi

your puberty ascension plan needs to focus on what's actually achievable and sustainable. building a solid foundation with compounds is key, not just for aesthetics but for overall hormonal health as you grow. calisthenics can be good for functional strength and body control later on, but it's not the primary driver for facial structure or bone growth during puberty.

If ur tryna maximize your growth you shouldnt be in a deficit rather you should be in a surplus assuming ur in puberty
its hard to stunt your growth in puberty, i used to run a 2.5k cal deficit at 15-16 years old and all it did was delay it, it takes years of malnutrition to stunt your growth.

Talking about maximising puberty then saying your in a deficit 👌👌
