For some strange reason, I cannot find your thread from yesterday. Anyway, I figured out how to run qpAdm on IllustrativeDNA. There was a bug yesterday which said every model failed, even though the p-value was greater than 0.05. Today, I logged in to check and it now says feasibility is true, so it was just a bug from yesterday that has been fixed today. I still have much to learn, but so far my models have been working although they do not make much sense, especially for the SAHG ancestry, I think the numbers are too low, and Steppe ancestry seems a bit too much in my first model, but in my second model the Steppe ancestry checks out. And finally, the Iran_N ancestry seems to be too much, although in hindsight, it's just 5% more than what I got from the qpAdm-like calculator on Genoplot, so perhaps I am doubting myself too much and these models are fine.
