Those who have naturally strong core muscles, how is your flexibility, and can you touch your toes standing. I need serious responses
 
Anyone answering will help but I would like multiple 🥺
 
my core is ok. not super strong but I can do weighted planks w/ 135lbs for like 2 and a half minutes

i can touch my toes ez

I used to skate and I never really fell I could always bring myself back to balance even when I was leaning back on one leg type shit.
