My Ramus got longer from 16-17

My ortho did an X-ray for before an after
I got RPE Rapid maxillary expansion at 16 and just wow my maxilla was subhuman before rlly narrow as fuck my intermolar widh is decent now about 47-8mm
And I did hard chewing for about 6-7 months that time
Maxilla especially the nasial cavity got much wider ,that was crazy change
sry I don’t have any pics
and i noticed my ramus much longer and thicker on both sides and mandible got wider too
Gonna start with chewing again slowly I believe it leads to bone deposition in the ramus because of the forces
get expansion dear Looksmaxxers if I got mse Instead of RPEwould be gigachad now

Lifefuel I'mt trying to get MSE before 17. I have been hard chewing with falim gum and clenching (I have Invisalign so the teeth won't get worn down) - my masseters are getting bigger after 10 weeks doing this and my ramus looks more defined. My zygos feel like they are more prominent but it might be placebo too soon to tell.

Apparently your midface can get longer from this. Too much constant pressure on molars. Try chewing with your front teeth also.
