I rarely leave my comfort zone and it shows. And I didn’t understand how friendships work enough. I should’ve went up my highschool friends arse and copied his normie interests so I could build a base.
No hobbies built up either. I was on the right track though.
But most people are like this. And usually people get pushed into stuff by brothers, cousins, their father, family etc. My brother gives generic advice and my parents never taught me culture or anything.
If I try anything I have to start from scratch which is demotivating and also takes time. And I have to be consistent.
It’s also easy to fall back into the comfort zone.
