grow out your lashes with castor oil (don't use a serum since you have recessed infras and lash serums cause even more fat loss in the under eye area) and buy a curler to hide the UEE, work on the under eye area (u can try volufiline or just fraud with concealer), get a tan (self or mt) and after you've fully softmaxxed consider lip filler and a double jaw surgery.
