my ratios and plan for looksmaxxing

These ratios have been fairly consistent to when I measured them a few months ago at a distance from a mirror.

to improve my harmony and appearance, I need to lose weight to get my Es ratio into an acceptable range while sacrificing some fwhr which is fine.

hopefully this also makes my nose smaller and if not, I’ll get the tip shortened and reshaped if I need it after weight loss.

during this, I will be exercising and cutting milk, unhealthy juice, and soda, and practicing nofap aswell as to boost mental performance and encourage me to exercise more.

I will be applying tretonoin cream daily throughout this, and taking my prescription for acne aswell.

I will purchase contacts that lighten my hazel eye color and a subtle eyebrow dye to make them pop more.

hopefully by this point I will weigh around 160 which will allow me to wear more fashionable clothing and not be fat in the eyes of foids.

my main concern is my nose appearing large when I get lean, but hopefully the lean filter on FaceApp is an exaggeration.

Bruh I’m fat, and my midface and fwhr are fine, so it’s a matter of weight loss and bone shaving
