How does your current diet look like?

I eat cooked meat a couple times a week and drink raw eggs in the morning.

I eat cooked meat a couple times a week and drink raw eggs in the morning.

Now i am on a cut, restrained carbohidrates only some carbs pre and post workout, 2grams of protein perkg of weight and thats it basically, now i am on trt 150mg a week and already lost some fat in 3 week, i am at 102kgs i think 16% body fat, need too loose like 5kgs
