Well it's the most powerful hair growth stimulant we know but still a lot of people doesnt respond that much to it. Surely give it a chance like 6 months at least. Add microneedling once a week bc research said that it greatly increase the efficasy of minoxidil. At about 19 you could start topical finasteride bc it reduce dht in body by just 25% compared to 60-70 with oral (but maintains the same efficasy).
