My recent hair loss was apparently due to stress

I lost some hair recently not a lot but enough to care about when I was in shower. I went for a checkup at a dermatologist and apparently it's not male pattern baldness androgenic alopecia but Telogen effluvium. mainly due to stress and some iron deficiency. I was recommended GFC. I don't know what that is but I'm not doing that . Maybe I should go for vacation or chill off for some time.

Didn't know there was an actual test for determining TE. You're "lucky' its only that tho

I remember a decade ago when I first started thinning I tried to cope and tell myself it's TE and not MPB had I just listened to my doc and hopped on fin/min right away, I'd have a full head of hair rn
