i have a bit of bone resorbtion in the chin because of it, but it is limited to areas that dont have much impact aesthetically (not directly in the chin bone projection). also, you have to chose what risks are you willing to take. agepill is going to claim us all after all, so its a matter of action and results, not perfection

When i found out about looksmaxing,
I started trying several things, including mewing, chewing, getting into the gym making me leaner, even small ammounts of fillers which at first brought me some small results in aesthetics and socially.

But that wasnt enough, even when i first got into Uni i kept getting bullied there for looking weird, i kinda let myself go, was depressed, hairloss started.

Thats when i decided things had to change. All the copes that people swear by were lies. I tried getting jaw surgery but found out my occlusion and specific issues made it impossible... I started studying more and decided to get into Dental School to fix that shit myself. When i did, fillers started making more and more sense. The more i learned i saw that most people here and around looksmaxing spaces were completely oblivious and blinded by fear mongering GATEKEEPERS. Most "ascensions" when not frauded were the result of fillers, that got pretty obvious to me at the time. Even that classic picture of fillers after 10 years in the MRI that is used to fear monger shows no migration beyond the normal drifting that comes with age. Most fillers wont migrate when done with proper technique. They have some problems, sure, but migration is extremely overhyped.
I committed and got a large round of fillers done, and them again after one year.
Thats how i look like now (almost 3 years after the first big round)

Ive continued adapting and developing my knowledge on this during all this time, and decided to dedicate my life to helping others look better.
In 2 years ill become an injector myself so if any of want to come to Brazil ill be here waiting to do it CHEAP haha.
Im also still not quite satisfied with how i look so next up im getting rhino, cheek + chin implants (fillers cant give me the massive advancement i need, only like 70%) and hair transplant to get an extremely low hairline. Ill be also starting Test soon.

Bro I really really don't reccomend you do that cause one wrong move and you can go blind. If you are absolutely going to this tho, I can only warn you about the facial artery. Never in any way shape or form inject straight down near the antegonial notch. Keep it at least .5 cm above the mandible border and lateral to the ramus, right in the middle of the masseter. Again don't do this but if you do, slow injection with low pressure and always aspirating first (release the piston and wait to see if theres retrograde flow), right in the periosteum. If you ever need to inject in the lower borders you gotta learn to canulate and at the proper layer. Again, one wrong move can give you some nasty necrosis, blindness and even stroke. In the chin it's way safer but you still gotta avoid the mentalis branches.

Also please don't do this.
But if you do, study like a surgeon. Don't be a fool.
It's way more worth it if you dedicate your time on becoming successful and have the money to pay for it.

Yeah you won't go blind from doing chin & jaw filler, these are the lowest risk areas on your face.

Blindness comes from fucking around with any artery connected to your ophthalmic artery, (the ones you'd have to be worried about are your supratrochlear, supraorbital, dorsal nasal & angular arteries, none of which are near your jaw or chin)

Significant necrosis that would put your face off would only happen if you left a clear VO untreated for a while, if you notice any discoloration or pain, you'll usually notice it within 12-24 hours of your injection, in which case you just dissolve it, go get it checked out if needed and you'll be fine.

I'm doing my own jaw filler soon, and will release a step-by-step guide for it within the next 1-2 weeks.

I appreciate elim.doc trying to make sure you're careful, but fearmongering a topic like filler, which is already fearmongered a ton online, isn't the move.

You will be fine as long as you're careful and have safety precautions (dissolver, a sterile environment, and basic anatomy knowledge)

I'd be more concerned about the aesthetic result since you could end up making yourself asymmetrical on accident if you inject unevenly

I suppose I’ll have to use my face to practice to get a good aesthetic result . I probably won’t get a good aesthetic result the first time , or the second etc.. maybe experiment a couple times on the chin and dissolving immediately?


I just want to be on a level to know exactly how to sculpt my own lower third , get a wider chin/ project recessed chin —> and later with more experience try to play with the jaw (except gonions)

yes, there are worst-case scenarios where you fuck everything up and destroy yourself

but realistically for an area like your jaw, you'd need to do it on purpose to fuck it up, which is why i'd still classify it as low risk

You are too high IQ to understand how crazy ppl are. There are guys who would inject themselves without even studying. If they happen to want a "straight" mandible, injecting directly in the antegonial notch can be seen as a no brainer (actually a huge mistake and a trap)

Wow. This is the best thread I have ever come across on org. Genuinely. Because it has inspired.

I have realised myself in the last couple of months, that if done right, fillers are the best looksmax of all time.

Cheap(ish) bone frauding = god send.

In that last photo especiallly you look incredible. Thats my new goal.

Hell i'm going to show that photo to my injector and ask them to replicate it.

What type of filler did you use? Do you agree that Radiesse is the best choice for jaw filler since its calcium hydroxylapatite compared to HA and mimics bone the closest as well it provides a semi-permanent result while stimulating collagen growth that standard HA fillers will never match? It also provides better structure and longevity imo than other Volux will never do. Do you think your filler will eventually migrate into the submental region given that vertical augmentation that you did forces the material to fight gravity on a downward vector rather than a projected one? I think filler should only be injected supraperiosteal. Also for the chin for most people with recessed profiles, including yourself, you would actually have a WAY higher ROI from a genioplasty rather than just masking the recession with chin filler. @Orka @Cheat_Win @yussimania

Im a dental school student and artist, ive been obssessed with faces for years now, and lurking on org and orthotropics spaces since 2019.
Ive been using fillers for 5 years, and looksmaxing for about 7...

I used to be a very skinny kid with an extremely recessed jaw, very bad acne, 5'1 height, NCT, bullied anywhere i went, changed schools several times... Basically a very bad hand at life.

When i found out about looksmaxing,
I started trying several things, including mewing, chewing, getting into the gym making me leaner, even small ammounts of fillers which at first brought me some small results in aesthetics and socially.

But that wasnt enough, even when i first got into Uni i kept getting bullied there for looking weird, i kinda let myself go, was depressed, hairloss started.

Thats when i decided things had to change. All the copes that people swear by were lies. I tried getting jaw surgery but found out my occlusion and specific issues made it impossible... I started studying more and decided to get into Dental School to fix that shit myself. When i did, fillers started making more and more sense. The more i learned i saw that most people here and around looksmaxing spaces were completely oblivious and blinded by fear mongering GATEKEEPERS. Most "ascensions" when not frauded were the result of fillers, that got pretty obvious to me at the time. Even that classic picture of fillers after 10 years in the MRI that is used to fear monger shows no migration beyond the normal drifting that comes with age. Most fillers wont migrate when done with proper technique. They have some problems, sure, but migration is extremely overhyped.
I committed and got a large round of fillers done, and them again after one year.
Thats how i look like now (almost 3 years after the first big round)

Ive continued adapting and developing my knowledge on this during all this time, and decided to dedicate my life to helping others look better.
In 2 years ill become an injector myself so if any of want to come to Brazil ill be here waiting to do it CHEAP haha.
Im also still not quite satisfied with how i look so next up im getting rhino, cheek + chin implants (fillers cant give me the massive advancement i need, only like 70%) and hair transplant to get an extremely low hairline. Ill be also starting Test soon.

Does everyone want a mega guide on what can be done with fillers + how i did it?
Also sorry for the kinda non helpful and simple thread, im short on time and ill be posting everything as a series.

I think you need to be very low IQ to self inject. Why not leave it to real doctors who studied and dedicated 20 years of studying the face and arteries??? If you’re broke that’s still no excuse, not worth getting bling or obstructing arteries with an unknown substance you got in the black market

your hair line looks pretty good where it is right now. a slithgly higher hairline is a male dimoprhic trait.
