You literally are. Did your lips magically change shape too because your maxilla and canine fossa started protruding from hitting your zygomatic bones? There hasn't been one proven case of bones mashing working. Wollfs law applies to CONTINOUS forces being applied, sort of like your wrists potentially getting thicker because there's a continous load (working physical labour for long periods of time, etc), but even then it takes years and a lot of pressure. You hitting your cheeks will do nothing to increase your bone mass if anything you're damaging your nerves and soft tissue, which is incredibly retarded if you know any anatomy and what can happen if you get nerve damage in your face.

Just like all tiktokcels your make believe "transformation" is just haircut, better skin quality, lighting and sucking in cheeks. You improved your looks but it's mostly down to haircut and a better camera + lights. Your camera has better FOV. If you don't believe me compare your nose width. Its clearly narrower in the first pic and much wider in the second, which means the rest of your face will look broader too. Or did you bonesmash your nostrils too into being wider?
