yeah your right shit wasn't loading, you also have good muscle insertions for a good physique, chest has a good gap, shoulders look high and lats are also very high

But fair enough if you are happy to land a average physique with massive shortcuts as long as you’re happy dude

My genetics to pack on muscle blow ass. I trained for a year natty and weighed 62kg at the same bodyfat i have now.

Im now 72kg depleted
But fair enough if you are happy to land a average physique with massive shortcuts as long as you’re happy dude

not tryna hate but roiding was a very low ROI move for you. You got a little bit bigger (most likely you are doing something wrong when training, like too little intensity and frequency), but the SMV boost is so marginal that you might as well train natty to achieve this in a 2-3x the amount of time but without spending your money and risking your health (actually damaging your health but niggas here love to dismiss the downsides of roiding and pretending everything can be mitigated fully).

The damage of steroids at moderate dosages is far overblown, and the before is not before ever touching anabolics. It was my first sarm cycle.

This was me one year in to training before touching anything. I was a skinny abomination and my normies call me jacked consistently. That + the euphoria from all the androgens in my cns makes it worth it for me

looks normal for one year of training. I agree that the damage of steroids at low/moderate doses are overblown, but only short term damage. In the long term it accumulates. No free lunch as they say

I'll be completely dead ass with you the reason you feel like you're not a great responder is you're not eating enough


I know I know I know no one wants to be a bloat cell and a bulked up fatt


But the fact that matter is if you actually want to get the best out of your cycles every single time you need to eat more and you need to be okay with looking a little bloated temporarily or even worse to get the best bang for your buck


Get a little fat next time. Eat more. It works. Then cut it off with reta and dnp later if you really can't do it naturally. Squeeze out all the muscle you can after every cycle otherwise it's a waste of a cycle. The gear won't do it for you.
