I told him I don't give a fuck about this because insomnia makes me unproductive and depressed. I cope by eating sweety shit at night because it helps me fall asleep. Still, this stupid motherfucker said I can be obese and unemployed because it's better than being addicted to z-drugs. Why psychiatrists are so retarded?

In Poland, it's almost impossible to get z-drugs. It's a highly controlled substance. On another hand whores can easily get emergency contraception receipts online just because when they were fucking with chads, they forgot to use condoms. I hate it. What to do? I will probably emigrate from jewrope. I think in Asia (India for example) you can easily get benzos legally.

This is good, but there are a few problems with this substance:
1. Antihistamines can fuck your brain when taken regularly.
2. They make it a lot easier to store fat.
3. They are unpredictable in my case because diphenhydramine one time can knock me out and make me sleepy the whole day and a few days later they don't work at all until I take a few more times bigger dose.

I bought it on peptidesciences, i dont know if they ship to poland. After a stressful day or night of uppers and caffeine i can inject 20-30 ius of this shit into my arm and be asleep for 12 hours easy, which is nice because i usually cant sleep that long.
