My retarded parents keep blocking my phone from wifi, how do I stop this?

They turn my wifi off whenevr they feel like it even tho I'm almost 18. My dad has this app he uses to pay for internet and control the wifi. He can block any connected device anytime from that app. Vpn doesnt work, neither does switching MAC address. help me out here bhais
