Tbh mate I think the tip, nostrils and bridge all need to get refined a bit and sharpened up- but ill see what the surgeon suggests himself.

He also does morphs as part of the consutlation to show you what he thinks is realistic result etc- so after the consult ill share the morph with people on the forum and get their opinion on it etc

In this case yes - some surgeons will do free consultations but honestly I would be warey of them and thinks its a red flag tbh.

The consult fee was £150 for in person consult and includes the surgeon doing a realistic photoshop morph of your nose to give you an approximation of what can be achieved

In a consult youre paying for an experts unbiased advice- if youve already paid for the surgeons time, theyre more likely to give you an objective unbiased opinion on what you need rather than potentially push you get work done that you dont need because theyre not getting any moeny from the consultation itself.
