my right bone cheek is fatter than my left one

And as of result my side profile looks extremely hideous. I genuinely look like a sub4 from side profile. I've heard that drinking a lot of water helps and also splashing your face with cold water during the morning but I need a permanent solution to this issue. I cannot afford to undergo a surgery simply due to financial reasons, is there any way to naturally get rid of this ?

I am extremely self-conscious whenever I sit somewhere with a lot of people and know that most people view me from my side profile. It is hell. I need help.
