Yeah I think lateral pelvic tilt is usually either scoliosis or one leg shorter. Or it can be due to non skeletal imbalancesPelvic tilt
I used to have anterior pelvic tilt. It can be in all directions.
Mine was easily fixed with exercise, that may not be the case with ones where the pelvic tilt is to the side.

How is that possible? My right leg would be floating in the air. U can artificially do it with a lift on one side but I'd need an x-ray of spine/pelvis first to make sure I wasn't fucking things upwhy did you guys respond with jfl i mean to walk with the high leg lower and try and walk with it symmetrically
