My right spermatic cord hurts so bad

I got kneed in the balls accidentally 2 days ago while wrestling and i still have a slow dull pain where i assume my right spermatic cord is
Was the worst pain ever btw i fell to the ground for a good 20 seconds from how bad it hurt
