I’ve noticed my room mirrors my wellbeing. clean when I feel content with life, messy when I don't. Does this happen to anyone else?

I assume this is to do with anhedonia and the like.

Yes, but it's vice versa. If you clean your room you'll start cleaning your life. Let it get messy, and you'll slack in life too.
