By increasing metabolism.

Doing squats throughout the day to increase metabolism via testosterone.

Anyone with half a brain knows if you eat right and lift weights and sprint throughout the day, you will burn calories and increase metabolism.

Indians have the worst eye areas and they used to suffer famines. Their bodies have slow metabolism that's why they put on weight when they eat too much white rice in the modern world.

Poor nutrition + low calorie intake and lack of intense exercise.

Cro Magnids and Nigerians used to sprint hunting game for meat and eat them. They have the best eye areas.

My eyes used to look like this.

Then explain why my eyes were normal before taking Psych meds which fucked up my thyroid/metabolism.

Eat diary for that reason bc it takes long to digest so it will make you feel full for longer but please at all cost avoid leafy greens they are full of antinutrients and antibiotics for your gut and contain nothing nutrientwise:feelswah: Stick with animal based and get your Fibre from fruit :Claps:

angle differences frauds hooded eyes and canthal tilt. this just the structure you were born with ngl. the eye area is not the issue debloate and regrow hair.
