My schizo pills arent working

I take 2mg of rispiridone been taking them for 4-5 years now Wtf should I do? Ive also take clonazepam for anxiety disorders but they dont work either does this mean im cured or what?

The mind is suggesting to maintain this twisted view to maintain sanity to keep you safe. This is why I believe schizo is sometimes necessary.
