ive had this feeling many times over the course of 7 years. Ive always felt bad that im back to square one with 0 progress done. It absolutely fucking sucks but The only thing you can do is let it go. Last day on the job, felt disappointed, ate with a friend who still worked there and teased that I left "empty-handed". Felt better instantly tbh
