My self esteem is so low to the point I don’t think im capable of achieving anything at all

My trust in myself is so low, I don’t think im a capable or competent human being in literally any area of life, like I suck at everything and I don’t believe i could even get good at something if i tried, it just sucks being an inferior male.

It’s most likely true and you’ve just arrived at that conclusion through the continuous negative feedback you’ve received over the years. Self-esteem cannot stay disconnected from your actual value in the long term. It is really only for coping with short term setbacks.
