My self harm is off the charts now

I have been doing self harm for almost 6-7 years now, on a daily basis. I cut my nails(either my mouth or my own nails lol) to the extent that they start bleeding sometimes. I have fucking taught myself the anatomy of a nail, the layers, the peeling on the nail, what lies below the nail and everything else.

I also have a habit of chewing on my own lips. I use my teeth to tear apart the skin of my lips for almost 5 years now on a daily basis like the nails thing. Goddamn my lips are so tasty tho.

Only after discovering looksmaxxing did I realise that they both were harming my appeal by a huge extent, especially the lips. People say that they don't believe that I don't smoke, they say that it's obvious from my lips that I smoke/do drugs. lmfao I haven't done either of these things either once in my life.

And idk how to stop it, it's been going on for so long, I don't even realise sometimes when I start doing it, whether lips or the nails.

Don't give that cliche "coat your nails with something bitter" theory. Lips >>> nails , it's not like I am gonna finger a girl tomorrow anyway so I can curb my nail self harm later.
