My side profile is absolute dog shit

My front is pretty good definitely average maybe slightly above Average my angularty nerfs it a lot but my side holy shit it's horrible my face fat absolutely fucks it and on top of that I have a bad hyoid and a bad chin so it is fucked.

Any advice on how to fix a bad hyoid and a bad chin other than hard maxing?

For side there really isn't anything you can do that'd help that you wouldn't do for your front already if ykwim
So basically just surgery, rhino, orthognathic surgery if you're willing to, genio, browridge implants or whatever it is you need
