My side profile is confusing me

Do I have a flat upper maxilla with a projected lower, a flat maxilla with prognathism? Please help I want to get my failos fixed asap.

Honestly it’s your maxilla and mandible body, surprisingly, your ramus (vertical part of mandible) is exceptional. So combined with ur mandible body, you don’t have a small mandible. I’d say genio would straighten you out. Could get lefort 1 for that maxilla and add genio w/ it. If u get lf1 they’re gonna move your mandible too. I’d just get genio tho bc u got a weak chin
