when i see my side profile i litteraly want to fucking cry dude it s brutal compared to my front

Sry for being harsh but it's not the side, if you would have slimmer nose we can nitpick to that but hydrocortisone won't help only rhino to start, wider and taller jaw and chin, wider mouth

be harsh man don’t worry and ngl i already knew those flaws but i feel like botox could kinda help my nose and for the rest like bones hopefully i ll grow some when i hop on ( test,tren,eq,hgh,anastrozole)

Mostly in your head dude. You are already above average looking. I would say around 60-75th percentile looking and you have room to improve.
