My sinuses are still full

I've had a cold. Was bad yesterday, better today. Just in facial region now.

But I have to cycle to work tomorrow. So hopefully my sinuses have cleared up a little by then

Movement usually clears it up momentarily so unless you're completely and utterly subhuman ( ) you should be fine.

In the last 3-4 years
Either covid, covid vaccine, or flu from a clinical trial I did
Those are the only reasons I can think of around the time it started to get worse. Idk if I ever had covid

Or maybe I'm just washed
