My skin acne

Bro for some reason my skin just gets so bad in my lower lip area and all around my chin and my skin on my face just doesn’t have a matching color making it seem like a slight tone of bright red and I hate it. Whenever I get these pimples they stay for atleast a week then keep really bright red scaring on the pimple spot and now it’s just getting even worse and I’m now getting more scaring and idk how to change this. I already use aceritin every night now for around a week and a half and it’s just really making me feel like shjt whenever I go out or go to school making me extremely insucure and nervous about my self. How can I fix this
