when u start roids u will get more acne especially if u are prone to it
due to upregulation of sebum production
low dosage accutane like what im taking ( 10 mg ED ) prevents u from having a shitty skin

i started 3 months of 20 mg isotret and after that i started 10 mg ED
ive been on accutane for prob like 6+ months and i havent had acne or even a single spot during that period

isotret regardless if ur on cycle or not should be microdosed ( flawless skin , controlled oil production etc etc )
if you have been on accutane for some time before ur cycle and during then u will probably not have acne atleast in my case
