Today, I had fish from the local fish place and some brown rice with goat meat. I used to eat a lot of candy, sushi and whatnot before my diet but since then, I’ve practically cut out candy in my life. I still drink soda but generally zero versions. if u have loads of these getting rid of them in favour of smooth, clear skin would be quite an indicator of being more youthful, but for alot of people its not going to make them look a decade younger, just have nicer skin and look better

Honestly was surprised when they picked me as a moderator when I had applied, because I was a known shitposter (and in my defense, I still am one ). Thanks for the motivation, but my carelessness has taken over. I know I gotta change my act, though. But it's gonna take some time and effort. Can't stay rotting forever. Luckily, I never had to deal with acne. So I guess my genetics are pretty good, especially if we take into account that I goyslopmaxxed hard. I would eat junk food a lot, eat a lot of candy, drink a lot of soda, never drink water (still don't really drink water), etc and still I didn't get any acne whatsoever. That's the upside.

Perhaps the climate is a major factor as well. It's cold here in the Netherlands. Right now, it's winter. For me, it's so cold to the point I don't feel like going outside. But today, I wore just a t-shirt and a somewhat thick coat and didn't think it was cold. A few days before that it was cold even with that outfit on. It's funny to me, though, because winters in the Netherlands are summers in Australia. That means my birthday is in the summer if I were to be in Australia, but I have always experienced it in the winter.
