My skin is already free of acne but what are some ways to make it glow?

Like I said my face is free of acne but I feel it still looks dull. Any tips in giving it a glow ?
 
Use Nivea soft creme in morning and night it gives a nice glow and keeps your skin soft
 
I've heard spraying rose water helps...can't confirm
