I feel like my skin is legit degrading I’m on ghk bpc glutathione plus AAS but I feel my skin goes good then bad sometimes and this time it’s getting pretty bad, I do mirconeedling and RF therapy but honestly my skin just keeps getting worse, would anyone suggest anything even clinic practices that might improve my skin texture/quality

I don’t have acne/pimples but it just looks rough

Large pores? If so, use a blurring primer or isotret.

I think I do have large pores, but I’m on 60mgs iso and also use 1% tret, could I be over doing it with those 2?? I have a feeling I might be

Don't use two at the same time lmao, stop with the tretinoin immediately.
Use that after you complete a full isotretinoin course, 1% is also harsh asf.

C02 lasers are very effective, also be more specific, what do you mean degrading? getting wrinkles? getting moles? do you use sunscreen? whats your skincare?

I’ve been on iso for a fair while now possibly like 2-3 years and my acne is mostly gone, my skin is very prone to acne hence why I still run a lot, when would you suggest I stop and start using tret

Yeah I’m trying to get an appointment it’s just very hard to convince my parents, I just feel my skin is weird I’m sorry I legit can’t explain, it could be that I’m getting pale and it’s bringing out my acne scaring but I use a simple cleanser moisturiser spf and isotret just nice and simple

Cut down to like 5mg a day and then use tretinoin.
You've been using 60mg ED for the past 2-3 years? Nigga is your liver not fried?

No no I’ve only been using 60 for 1-2 months but I usually chop and change abit with dosing

I'd cut to a lower dosage, yeah. Especially if you've already gone over the reccomended accumulative dosage (I assume).

yeah you need to get c02 lasers, dont microonedle you are on 60mg isotretinoine, focus on keeping your skin barrier hidrated, ask your dermatologist for a laser as soon as possible

Why wouldn’t you recommend micro?

60mg is a serious dosage of isotretinoine, are you automedicating yourself or it was the dermatologist who gave you a prescription?

Ik because of the accutane but I feel most of my problems are because of scarring which micro would be good for
accutane does not treat scarring, it in fact decrease cicatrization ralentizating it... You should stop it, and go for c02 lasers is like 300hundred and works 100% no cope I have been trhough 4 sesions already in 2 years

Microdose and get fractional laser.
Is fractional laser some kind of treatment, if so how does it compare to c02 which everyone raves about

Okay here me out I know ball about this...

Use iso ONLY if you have problems with active acne

If you do not have acne and only got cicatrization, stop isotretinoine (or wait until you finish your cycle) and go for a private dermatologist and ask for a c02 laser to treat your skin.

Use always cicaplast baume b5+ in the night to treat your skin and hidratate it

okay thanks so much bro, I forgot to mention I also have 0.25% Tret should I just be doing 10mg acu eod and Tret and whichever dose daily?
If you've been using 1% tret (and your skin's adapted), keep using 1%. For accutane, yeah 10mg EOD seems fine.

How much b5 do you use it’s a very thick product and does it block your pores?, I use it and I’m just trying to understand what a good amount is

I use it almost every night honestly, now because of my recent c02 laser, but in my normal days I cycle 1 day retinoids 1 day cicaplast
